How to Enter/Register
Woody's Murray-to-Moyne

Registrations for 2009 are now open.

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS IN TWO PARTS

This allows you to -
  • enter your team early
  • know your starting point
  • be able to proceed with your training, fundraising and publicity with the confidence that you are going to be part of the event
  • book your accommodation if needed at start and finish

PART A:
THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

1. Allows you to register a team:

(a) by nominating -
  • the team name.
  • the hospital or health related organisation you're riding for (this is a prerequisite of entry and endorsement MUST be made by C.E.O or other senior person of that organisation).
  • the number of riders (teams to have Minimum 8: Maximum 12)
  • the number of support crew
  • monies raised from
(b) by providing registration payment IN FULL for that number of riders and support crew. ONCE CONFIRMATION BY MOYNE HEALTH SERVICES OF SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION THE ENTRY FORM WILL THEN SERVE AS A TAX INVOICE.

(c) the registration payment is GST inclusive.

2. Allows you to nominate your preference for a starting point for the ride, Mildura, Echuca or Swan Hill (restricted numbers),. Complete all three boxes 1, 2 or 3 as one starting point may fill more quickly than another and we need to know your next preference if you have missed out on your first one.

PART B:
Will be sent to you with confirmation of your entry, starting point and starting time, as soon as possible after your entry has been received.
  • Will provide a declaration for all riders/support crew to read.
  • Will ask for names, addresses and signatures of all riders and support crew, indicating that they have read and abide by the declaration and associated "Rules of Ride".
(NOTE: Moyne Health Services has registered "Woody's Murray to Moyne Cycle Relay" ® as a Trade Mark. Registration gives legal rights and grants exclusive use and/or control of the use of the Trade Mark to Moyne Health Services . Any participating teams wishing to use the name for commercial purposes are required to be granted permission by Moyne Health Services. Requests for same must be lodged in writing with the Executive Director, Moyne Health Services, P O Box 93, Port Fairy Victoria 3284)

Notes:
  • The first 1650 riders only will be accepted so get your entry in early so your team does not miss out.
  • A full refund will be made to teams who do not make the 1650 rider cut off.
  • Give careful consideration to the number of riders you wish to register now, as
    • no refunds will be made to teams whose riders withdraw after the team's entry has been accepted.
    • extra riders may only be accepted after the closing date if the maximum number of riders (1650) has not been met and your team is starting from a centre whose capacity has not been filled.
Entry fee includes a gift of acknowledgement for each rider and support crew member.
